At Saragossa Game Lodge we believe that our guests are, from dusk till dawn, on a nourishing safari as much as they are on a wildlife safari. We therefore strive to connect a tantalising dining experience with the breath-taking beauty and organic, farm to table philosophy for every single guest.
Our meals are influenced not only by the seasons and the land but are also a true reflection of the Saragossa story as
inspired by our owner, Jens Demmler’s passion and vision for this amazing piece of land nestled in the heart of the Elands Valley.
One of my favourite things about being the manager at Saragossa Game Lodge is that I get to meet and spent time with the most amazing people. There are few things I enjoy more than connecting with like-minded, passionate ‘food-wine-and-beautiful places’ people!
