Nature has a way of communicating with your soul, and my hearts’ desire is that Saragossa will speak to all our guests! It is a beautiful place of elegance, warmth, laughter and contentment – not something you come by often.
Having said this it is then understandable that we cherish our return guests, those who have realised that Saragossa affords them the ability to find peace and connect with themselves and those they love by going out into nature, to just be and observe the natural world around them. It is in the simple acts like sharing a hot cup of tea and homemade giraffe biscuits with someone or experiencing the wonder of nature by joining an early morning walk that we come to realize life is a balance of holding on and letting go; what is important and what is not.
We spend the majority of our lives inside. We leave our homes and get into our cars to drive from school to work to shopping malls and back again, we rarely take the time to connect with other people let alone afford ourselves the time to once again connect with the natural world. Perhaps it’s time to take a step back…barefoot so to speak. Sit under a beautiful acacia tree and look around you, get your hands a little dirty. Gather loose twigs, leaves, maybe even a Guinea fowl feather or two. Survey your surroundings then spend 5 to 10 minutes arranging them in whatever pattern you choose.
Listen as the wind and grass whisper to you over the plains…
Join us and experience the magic that is Saragossa.
