Lindani Duba has joined our Saragossa team as a trainee chef, she is a young and passionate patisserie chef from a small township near Hazyview, Mapumalanga. Currently studying with the National Youth Chefs Training Programme, she is hard at work towards achieving her goal of becoming the best pastry chef ever!
What started as a keen interest early in her life has blossomed into a fiery passion. To Lindani baking is not just about weighing off the correct ingredients; to use her own words:
